Our Policies
Children are not allowed to accompany you unless they have a service booked. We have services for 3-12 yr olds.
You may bring an adult friend along. Seating is limited but we have a waiting area.
You now have to book a base nail service and add your desired design level under 'add ons'. If you want to add a design to a pedicure, then that is an option under 'add ons'. We no longer offer a price difference between fills and first time applications. They are the same price for the same amount of time. If you need a complete removal of a product prior to your service, then you need to add that to your appointment as well.
If you are more than 7 minutes late then we will cancel your appointment and mark you as a no-show and you will be charged for that service with your card on file. We have a busy schedule and if one person is late then it causes a ripple effect for the rest of the day. If you are continuously late then you will be blocked from booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling is permitted up to 24h hours before your appointment. Failure to show will result in us charging you for the appointment missed with your card on file. If you cancel or try to reschedule within 24 hours from your appointment, we will still charge you for the appointment with your card on file. We do understand that sometimes things do come up. Please text us in the booking system.
We offer free nail repairs within the first 5 days for up to two nails. If you have more than 2 nails needing repaired, then you need to book a full repair service. Anything after the first 5 days is now considered a full repair service. These are bookable online. If you have significant chipping, lifting, or breaking you now must submit photo proof to our Square messaging service. We will respond as soon as we can. If we find that you are abusing our free nail repairs or repairs in general, you will be blocked from booking again.
We do not offer refunds for any services. If you are unhappy with your service then kindly message us to let us know, with a photo if applicable, and we will work with you to make sure you’re walking away happy.
We do not tolerate any racism, homophobia, or inappropriate talk or comments. You will be asked to leave and you will be blocked from booking.
We expect all of our clients to treat our staff with kindness and care. You must be mindful of their time and privacy. If you have been given their personal numbers, you may not harass them or text them beyond business hours. You may not share their number with anyone. This will result in you being blocked from booking.
If a tech is running behind and it will affect your schedule, kindly request a reschedule. Sometimes this happens and we dislike it as much as you do.
If you don’t like the tech that you have then kindly message us and we will reschedule you with someone new.
